Wappan Station Homestead. Old Wappan Homestead build by John Bon circa 1853. Settled by the Tehan family in 1934. Demolished in 1954 when Lake Eildon enlarged. Now approximately 36 metres under water when lake is full. Present Homestead – Old Eildon Weir lapping the garden, looking North before new weir wall built.
