Steam Traction Engine used to provide power for stone crushers, chaff cutting, compressors, heavy haulage. Tin shed on right for shoeing horses. Team of 40 horses were used for road construction – mainly Tolmie Rd. (Cnr Olympic and Ultimo Streets). Children: Bernie Cummins, Cyril Cummins (on engine), Reg Cummins – sitting on platform.
