Marlene Bingham trained people in Emergency Services for headquaters of Red Cross. Then people at Heathmont East then Mansfield, when she came to Mansfield , 1990 then computerised. Bruce was with the Police , was in charge of DISPLAN. Bruce & Marlene Bingham at Bon Appetit (now Cafe 41)
