Part 5: The Victorian National Parks Association (VNPA) originally accepted that Cattlemen had a place in the High Country. But in the late 1970s changed its position, and since then has consistently opposed alpine grazing and is using the caucus committee to have another go. The VNPA case is set out on it’s website and the Mountain Cattlemen take this opportunity to answer their charges. This part responds to the claims that grazing damages streams and rivers.  Commentary by Simon Turner.
