Carinya about 1962 – 1964. Later, after Amors sold Carinya and it became a restaurant it was called The Magnolia Tree – named after the tall evergreen magnolia tree on the left side of the house. The magnolia tree was meant to grow to only 15 feet. It was planted by H. G. Amor.
